Tasty Turkey Taco Salad
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 onion chopped
1/2 pound ground turkey
1/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 small canned stewed tomatoes , drained
1 packet sugar substitute
1 oz cheddar cheese, grated
romaine lettuce
heat oil in skillet, add onions and saute, add meat, drain fat and add seasonings
mix well, add tomatoes and sugar substitute. Uncover and cook 5 minutes. Serve over lettuce
