1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and vinegar
Meal 4

Mocha Protein Shake
8-10 oz water
4-10 ice cubes
1 heaping teaspoon instant coffee
1-1.5 scoops choc protein powder
Blend
Meal 5
P/V/O
4 oz sirloin steak with mushrooms
1 cup broccoli
lettuce and cucumber salad with
1 Tbsp olive oil and full fat dressing
Meal 6
P/O:
1/2 c cottage cheese (full fat)
P: protein
V: vegetable
O: fat

The ommelet sounds deelish except for the mushrooms. Can't do the mushroom thing. I mean a 1/2 cup - barf! What substitution category list would a mushroom fall under?

Yvette the cottage chees is a protein and fat, you can substitute a turkey roll -up with cheese
