Mocha Protein Shake

4-6 oz roasted turkey breast
1 cup broccoli
Lettuce and cucumber salad w/
1 tbsp olive oil and vinegar or
Full Fat dressing

Meal 6

Scrambled eggs:
1 whole egg plus 2-3 egg whites, scrambled
and topped with cheese
