3-4 oz turkey or chicken breast
2 oz cheese
1 hard oiled egg
lettuce/cucumber w/
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and
vinegar

Meal 4

Mocha Protein Shake

Meal 5
P/V/O
4-6 oz Grilled chicken
1 cup broccoli
lettuce and cucumber salad with
olive oil and vinegar or full fat dressing

Meal 6
P/O
Chocolate raspberry shake:
1 scoop protein powder (choc) added
to 10-12 oz Crystal Light Raspberry Drink
